Natural Disasters Directions
Get ready for our second speech of the year! We are going to work on this project at school and at home. First, you will choose a natural disaster to research. Next, you will use the outline to research your topic and find interesting facts. We will spend some time in class doing research, but you may need to find more information at the local library or at home using the Internet. After that, you will create an interesting, 3-5 minute speech (in your own words) to teach the class about your natural disaster. Finally, you will make a visual aide (poster, model, etc.) and present it to the class.
